"Good for healing nipples"

Review date: 19/02/2014

"I bought these shells to help my healing nipples. My baby is breast fed and unfortunately we got thrush. As a result I was left with very sore cracked nipples that proved difficult yo heal after treatment due to sticking to breast pads. Wearing the shells help keep the nipple from rubbing on the…"

"Ideal for breastfeeding"

"I used this product with my 3 children, as it was useful to collect excess milk and I never suffered with cracked nipples. It is discreet and fits in your bra easily. Be careful to check shells regularly, as you can forget and milk overflows."

"Not really worth it."

Review date: 04/07/2011

"I bought these to collect milk from one side while I express the other however they actually collect very small amounts of milk before they leak all over. Im not sure if once youve been pumping for a while your let down on the non pumped side goes down but at the minute I found it leaked more than…"

"a good idea"

Review date: 05/02/2011

"had these last time I breast fed and it allows you to keep the leaking milk so that none of it is wasted (handy in first few days), and give relief at the same time. Only down side is they can leak if you move too much. can also allow nipples to get some fresh air as you can insert them in your bra,…"

"Speciality product"

Review date: 25/11/2009

"Its a product I probably wont use much, best for multiple parents etc. when the milk flow is not yet established. Also, I agree with other comments, its not anything that Id wear as its a weird shape and makes breasts look weird!"

"Why dont they tell us about this sooner"

Review date: 18/10/2009

"I use lanolin for cracked nipples but they were still sore because of the rubbing against a bra, these shell protect them. And when my girl doesn.t feed for a while it relieves the pressure. Only thing is that they are not very discreet and sometimes they leak."

"Great Product!"

Review date: 13/05/2009

"I discovered these after having my first baby - I found that everytime I fed my son my other breast would leak through my breast-pads and soak my clothes. Using these shells I was able to save the milk for use later and my clothes would stay dry."

They were a godsend as every drop counted and before i got these i didnt realise how much milk was being lost and wasted! you had to be careful when removing them - especially if they were very full - so as not to spill any milk but you got the…"

"Very good product"

Review date: 13/11/2008

"These shells are great if you are breastfeeding and have one breast that leaks whilst you are pumping from the other, just pop it on and it sits in your bra. They look like they would stand out but they dont, people will never know your wearing them. Also included are ventilated shells so that you…"
