"Excellent stroller, my son is 9 months now and he loves it!!! It is good that it reclines all the they down, so it is even more comfortable for the sleep times. We had Concord Neo travel system before, i loved it, but this one is much better for the travelling!!! I like the hood because it is extendable, it makes a good sunshade! I love this product!"

"tHIS STROLLER IS LIGHT WEIGHT AND VERY EASY TO SET UP AND PUT DOWN. i HAD A MOTHERCARE TRENTON DULUXE BEFORE THIS ONE AND IT WAS VERY BULKY HEAVY so when i purchASED THE MACLAREN IT WAS LIKE PARADISE. THERES NO NEED FOR CUP HOLDERS AS YOU HAVE A 2 COMPARTMENTS THAT CAN FIT OR 4 BOTTLES IN AND IF ITS TOO HOT OUTSIDE YOU CAN QUICKLY UNZIP THE HOOD AND THE HOOD COMES DOWN WITH A UV PLASTIC PROTECTOR PART THAT EASILY FOLDS DOWN. THIS PUSHCHAIR CAN ALSO BE USED AS A TRAVEL SYSTEM BUT IV NOT TRIED THAT AS YET AS MY BABY IS NOT HERE YET SO ITS JUST MY TODDLER RIDING INSIDE THE MACLAREN... A MUST FOR ALL PARENTS!!"

"Bought this buggy as my creche won't allow me to stow my bugaboo. Am thrilled with it so far, it's very sturdy and secure yet light-weight enough that it's easy to move. My nine month old is thrilled with it. Also discovered that the hood will zip down so you can tilt it to provide extra cover in the sun - excellent. If you're looking for a very lightweight buggy for holidays or car this is probably too big and bulky, but as a day to day stroller which will get a lot of use it is fantastic. Baby is very comfortable and the extras (footmuff and seat liner) give it a really luxurious feel. Only con would be that the hinge covers supplied get in the way of the hook which holds it together when folded, and don't match the colour of the buggy ! But that is a small price to pay to avoid chopped off fingers !"

Very good pushchairReview date: 16/03/2010

"Brought this for my 6 month old who had outgrown his Lola up pushchair and wanted a lighter alternative. Couldn't decide between the XLR and XLT model. Very happy made this choice as baby loves it and finds it very comfortable with the extra padding and space around him. Once you add on the extras you get eg the footmuff price is not far off the lower model so why not buy the nicer one. As I'm quite petite I still find it quite heavy but much easier to deal with then my Lola up, had trouble fitting it into mums car with small boot so do check first as quite long dimensions. Only had it for 5 days but so far so good, though wheels seem bit fragile."

"Love this buggy as it is so stylish and easy to push and not too lightweight. Bought it for my newborn and was worried if he would look funny in this buggy but it was perfect and will hopefully last the duration of his days in a buggy. The only downside is the amount of space it takes up in the boot. I have a bigish car and can only fit it in diagonally."

"After having the chicco multiway pram and finding the crotch straps way to small for my 9 month old son i decided to go for this pram, it may be expensive but its all you will ever need. The video they have on the web site here is the old xlr stroller as the new one you do not need to recline it on either side of the pram its just now one squeeze button at the back of the seat unit, the pram itself is so light, which i have to say that i was supprised by this as when you take it out of the box it seems such a big pram so you can emagine my suprise when i took my son out for a walk, even my husband said it was so light and easy to push. The colour of the pram seems a little different in the picture i have the brown and powder blue one but i must say that the powder blue can sometimes look a little lilac, but my son seems happy in it and you don't see many of these about not like the o baby prams which i must say are horrible to push as i brought one to stay at the grandparents house…"

"I have had a nightmare with pushchairs recently!!My little boy has just turned two and is quite large for his age. I originally had a Quinney buzz which by the time my son turned 22 months he was far to big for!! His legs had no room and the seat was no longer wide enough to accomodate him. I sold it on and bought a different pushchair which i had the same problem with. I then spent a few months buying pushchairs that had really good reviews and sounded perfect but once i used them for a few weeks, they turned out to not be so good. So after 5 attempts I decided to go and try out every stroller going in a shop. I must have driven everybody mad but i finally came across the maclaren techno xlr, already owning a quest I know how good maclaren buggies are. I sat my son in this buggy and he has lots of room, even with the boot cover... perfect!! Just wish I had tried this buggy first!! well worth the money!! my son absolutely loves this buggy, falls asleep in it when we are out and…"

"I love the fact that it is so lightweight and very easy to maneuver! I had one that felt like i was pushing a truck each time i go for a walk with my son,and this made going for walks more pain than pleasure. But since i got this product,i look forward to pleasurable walks with my son,and he enjoys it a lot!"
