"I bought this model recently after the wheel fell off my son's Zapp buggy. I was reluctant to buy a Maclaren due to the news reports about accidents, but wanted something lightweight and easy to carry on public transport, particularly on the Tube. I must say I'm glad I ignored the press reports and am SOOO pleased I bought this! Compared to the Zapp, it is much lighter, glides along with little effort and is very easy to use. My son is now 16months and is very comfortable in it, even able to sleep in it due to it's recline feature. It now comes with hinge protectors which are a great idea, but do get in the way sometimes of the catch which holds the buggy together when folded. This is the only real 'con' I've discovered about it so far, but this wouldn't put me off buying it again. A great buy, highly recommended!"

"Me and my son are absolute fusspots and have been through many buggies because of this!! But we have now found a buggy that we both love!! Bought for a family holiday to spain in the summer as we had to get 5 cases, 5 hand luggage bags and a buggy in the boot of my c-max to get us to the airport. This buggy is very compact and fits into the smallest place!! My mum gets this in the boot of her c1!! It is easy to push and the carry strap is very handy!! I am quite tall (5ft10) but do not find the handle height a problem!! I do not use this every day but I could quite happily do that. Only downside on this buggy is due to it being so lightweight you cannot load very much on it, so i tend to use my larger maclaren buggy for shopping trips and days out."

Light and easy to useReview date: 02/12/2009

"Bought this as a travel buggy for airplane travel etc. Very easy to handle / colapse with one hand. Build quality as you would expect from a company that has been around for such a long time. Ideal for light travel use. Not good for rough ground and one issue we found was that when collapsed any dirt on the front wheels ends up in the inside of the sun shade."

Perfect little buggyReview date: 17/11/2009

Pros:Smooth Ride, Easily Stowed, Easy to Set Up, Lightweight, Easy To Manoeuvre
Cons:Instructions leaflet

"Wanted a buggy for travelling and this was the perfect choice - light and very easy to manoeuvre. I can't get my little boy out of it, maybe that's something to do with the cosy footmuff that I got to go with it! The only thing that would have been useful would be some pictures within the instruction leaflet. Found the word description not very helpful. Went into a store that sold the product and got a full demonstration. Perfect."

"After a first bulky buggy, and a cheap follow up version, decided to invest in Maclaren, hope it will last a good couple of years. I am impressed by its light weight, comfortable seat and look. A couple of minor points. You would need weight on the front wheels, as even the lightest bag would make it tip when the child gets up. Also, the back of the canopy makes it difficult to see the brakes. Instructions do not have pictures; although the puschair is very straightforward to use, I had to go into a shop to understand how to recline the seat. A good buy overall."

"Easy to manouver, pushed like a dream even with a buggy board attached to it. Set up & fold down with one hand- fab when you have one babe in your arms & a toddler hanging on one leg. It was light to fling in & out of the car & for when we were on holiday & fold small enough to not cause any issues in the boot of the car. Both my children are comfortable in it at 1year & 3years old. It looks GOOD!! Wish I had bought this way earlier. My one gripe about this pram is that I struggled to access the basket when fully reclined but I managed"

"i bought this buggy as an alternative to my travel system for going on holidays etc, and it is perfect for what i wanted-compact when folded, lightweight, comfortable and easy to push. It is also very easy to fit the raincover quickly! The ride isn't as smooth as with the travel system but that was expected, and it is quite hard to get into the shopping basket when the baby is in the chair."
