"Worst Customer care"

Review date: 15/04/2014

"They didnt provide Craft knife which was mentioned in the kit (which would be very helpful for the fine line impressions)Called them for assistance they told me to come to store for collection. It is very far for me to collect new one and they dint provide any assistance to in home pick up."

"I would recommend this product"

Review date: 15/12/2013

"Difficult to use at first, if I could have done anything different I would have practiced putting my 1year olds foot in the bag first before making the impression mix first. Always use cold water for first time use as even slightly warm sets way to quick. Got a really good cast second time round.…"

"It is a great concept but I experienced issues when mixing and getting the alginate into the plastic bag so used small bowls instead."

"Great product!"

Review date: 08/05/2013

"Had to buy this as a replacement for one Id bought earlier with the frame. This mixed together much easier than the ones provided with the frame & gave more mixing time. The casts look amazing. Highly recommended."

"Great price & result but tricky to do!"

Review date: 22/03/2013

"This kit is a bargain compared to the companies that offer same service. It is however quite difficult to actually get a cast. We used this on my 6 week old baby- we did it when he was asleep but the process of sticking his hand/ foot into the casting material actually woke him up. It does however…"

"Love the final product!"

Review date: 18/11/2012

"It does take 3 people, one to hold the baby, one to whisk the powder together as you only have 3 minutes! And one to hold the bag open for the product to go in! Sounds a bit complicated but its really not, was a pleasure to do as well as fun! I absolutely love the final items! Theyre absolutely…"

"harder than it looks"

Review date: 27/09/2012

"it works well, on a 6 year old, but trying to get my 2 year old grandson to do it became difficult. We tried when he was asleep but the bag you pour the mould paste into is very difficult to hold and make sure you get the childs hand in sufficiently"

"Was pretty easy to mix etc but i can imagine a very young baby would of been easier than a toodler"
