"Great for newborn when facing parent but as soon as my son was about three months old and therefore outward facing, the carrier did not support his hips (babies legs should be in frog position with knees higher than hips when in carrier). This carrier placed undue stress on his spine and groin making it inappropriate to carry him for long periods. My average sized son was at the weight limit of 12kg by the age of 1. I have since found another carrier that has all the positive features of the Baby Bjorn but is more ergonomically designed and holds from newborn to 20kg." |

"I traveled recently with my 5months old baby girl. We used the Baby Bjorn carrier in the airport as the pram was folded and checked in. Easy to use after "first time". Baby likes to be so high up, facing the world and observe what is happening around it. Feels like baby is comfortable & safe in it. Its comfy for parent too, can feel baby well. The material is thick so during warm weather (or indoors like airport) parent and baby's back get sweaty which is unpleasant for both. Little bit overpriced as it isn't for every day use, only occasionally." |

"Tried out for first time yesterday on 10day old baby. He's still a little small, but was very comfortable and fell asleep straight away. Have used since and same effect. Bit tricky on the assembly, but will get used to it no doubt." |

"Another great product from Baby Bjorn. We have 4 children and have used this with all of them (still in use with the 1 year old). It gives you free hands when you are shopping/pushing a pushchair, holding small hands. It is easy to wash and comfy to wear and the children have all loved the closeness. As they grew they then like being able to face outwards, yet you can still hold their hand. It is great for taking on holiday/in the car as an extra carrying device for places where you can't take pushchairs. Ours has definitely earned its money and more." |
