Does exactly what it says on the tinReview date: 02/05/2010
By shoptildrop Verified Reviewer from Suffolk on 02/05/2010
Pros:Comfortable, Easy To Manoeuvre, Easy to Set Up, Easily Stowed, Lightweight, Smooth Ride, Stylish
Best Uses:Toddlers
Describe Yourself:Parent of Two or More Children

"Straight in the boot of the car, no fuss. Out and up in a flash, no fuss. My daughter travels and sleeps comfortably as it fully reclines but i can't then access shopping basket. Hood fully covers the seating area which is great as a sun visor too. Back to the car and EASY to fold down, no fuss. Love the colour but I know it is going to attract those tiny black bugs when the summer sun starts (if!). Excellent buggy, buy it."

I heart this pushchairReview date: 19/03/2010

Pros:Comfortable, Smooth Ride, Easy To Manoeuvre, Lightweight, Easily Stowed, Easy to Set Up
Best Uses:Toddlers, Newborn, Air Travel, Infants

"I was in two minds about this pushchair as I prefer more muted colours - it is quite bright shall we say? However that is my only quibble as it is a really well-engineered pushchair. It has better suspension than my previous model (Silver Cross Pop), baby seat is higher up so I feel closer to him. It is really zippy (although slightly skittish when brakes are on and on public transport). Fully reclining for naps on the go as well, and therefore suitable for a new born. And only about [$]! This was a Which Best Buy, and now I know why - great stuff."

Hmm not all it claimsReview date: 18/01/2010

Cons:Not Adjustable
Best Uses:Air travel, Short Trips

"Nice pram to look at - good quality fabric and bright colours. Was dissapointed with size as seat is described as higher and roomier -this is'nt the case. My child is 15 months and below average weight - I struggled to ajust seating setting when she was in pushchair. Having said that it is much better quality then chicco stroller had before."

Very disappointedReview date: 23/12/2009
By Martin from Shropshire on 23/12/2009
Cons:Flimsy
Describe Yourself:First Time Parent

"Within a month the safety catch had buckled. [...]Jane are claiming it is due to not following the instructions and want to charge for repair. Not impressed. As an additional annoyance, the catch that holds the chair shut (a) gets trapped inside the frame unless you hold it in position as you shut the chair and (b) isn't actually strong enough to hold the chair shut anyway. We have another stroller from a different brand and it is bomb-proof, easier to use and folds up smaller - wish we had stuck to this brand."

Excellent buggy,Review date: 06/11/2009
By mum of 2 boys in russian! from Moscow on 06/11/2009
Pros:Wheel Suspension, Sturdy, Lightweight, High handles, Comfortable, Easy To Steer, Durable
Cons:Doesn't Clip in Easily, Raincover not great
Best Uses:Air travel, Short Trips, Long Trips, Infants, Toddlers
Describe Yourself:Parent of Two or More Children

"I chose this buggy mainly for the 109cm handle height and the built-in Suspension. I've had mine for couple of months now and it has been used and abused on the very bad paths of Moscow where drop kerbs are a rarity so it has been put through alot of rough handling, its been a great sturdy lightweight buggy, the handle height is great for us as we're both tall and is comfortable, steers easy, I hang loads of shopping on and hasn't tipped up yet. My biggest issue is with the rain cover, it isn't big enough, there just isn't enough room for my toddlers feet, the design of the raincover is not good. Otherwise I love it and it looks great too."

"This is the second energy buggy I have bought. I bought another one to take on holiday as I now have two children and don't want to take a double buggy. I have owned a number of buggies - the mamas & papas pramette, jane slalom pro, jane powertwin, maclaren techno xl to name but a few (I think I have a problem). The energy is fantasic - so lightweight, easy to push yet study and great quality. And one of the few buggies that is totally lie flat for a newborn. [...]"

"We bought this pushchair to use on our holiday to Spain. Already have a bugaboo, but our 10 week old baby likes this pushchair better than the expensive one. I always wondered how people could tell if their baby really liked a pushchair, now I know exactly what they mean. I tend to use this one for short trips or when travelling on the bus. It is easy to push, even one handed, the rain cover is really good, overall a great buggy. It is designed so that it clips shut and then opens when you hold the handles, you just get used to not carrying it by it's handles when folded."
