Baby Den Lite Playpen | Review date: 30/05/2011 |
By Anne from East Lothian on 30/05/2011 |
| Pros: | Strong Construction |
| Describe Yourself: | Grandparent |
| Bottom Line: | Yes, I would recommend this to a friend |
| | "I found it a bit stiff and slow to put up the first time but much quicker the next. However, my husband puts it up in just a few minutes. It keeps my baby granddaughter safe when she stays the night and she seems very comfortable. I cover the mat with a sheet to be more comfortable and to keep it clean." |

Good barrier and playpen | Review date: 24/09/2010 |
| By Mom from Preston on 24/09/2010 |
| Bottom Line: | Yes, I would recommend this to a friend |
| | "I have been very pleased with this product. I used it as a barrier and am currently using it as a playpen to keep my toddler away from my little baby. She is 20months and doesn't mind being in it. It's been good for her, actually, because she will focus on her toys now. When she's out of the playpen she doesn't play with toys much, but will when she has her focus limited. It's great. Admittedly it does take time to set up, but I would expect that (not everything has to be instant). I was especially please it could be used as a barrier without wall fixtures, unlike most other room dividers. I'm thinking of buying another one, but they are expensive (rightly so), so haven't yet." |

Brilliant product! | Review date: 08/09/2010 |
| By Karenina from Stratford upon Avon on 08/09/2010 |
| Pros: | Lightweight, Easy To Install, Useful |
| Best Uses: | Infants |
| Describe Yourself: | First Time Parent |
| Bottom Line: | Yes, I would recommend this to a friend |
| | "This is a very good playpen and it is easy to install. It can be completely dismantled for easy storage. My 10 month old daughter really likes being in the playpen because there is enough space for her to move around and the little gate makes it easy to put her in and out of the playpen. She loves pulling herself up and holding on to the bars of the gate. As the other 5 sides of the playpen are made of mesh it makes the playpen safer for the baby if she/he falls against it and also makes it lighter compared to other playpens." |

Excellent product | Review date: 27/08/2010 |
| By Mother of the Mini Incredible Hulk from London on 27/08/2010 |
| Pros: | Strong Construction, Lightweight, Easy To Install, Useful |
| Best Uses: | Newborns |
| Describe Yourself: | First Time Parent |
| Bottom Line: | Yes, I would recommend this to a friend |
| | "This product is fantastic, my 5 month old baby boy really loves being in there for his afternoon naps because he has outgrown his moses basket. The only problem with it, is the base mat. It is not padded enough so it is quite uncomfortable to sit there for a long period of time and the frame moves independently from the base mat which is annoying and it could cause an injury from the metal frame. I have padded the metal frame with bumpers to solve this problem. I cover the top of the frame with a cellular blank to give him some privacy when he sleeps and to let diffused light in and remove it when he is awake. The mesh panels are an excellent idea because he is less likely to hurt himself if he falls over. Well worth the money." |

Mesh sides bonus for clumsy girl | Review date: 25/08/2010 |
By Trouble with Tribbles from Bracknell on 25/08/2010 |
| Pros: | Useful, Strong Construction |
| Cons: | Difficult To Install |
| Best Uses: | Infants |
| Describe Yourself: | First Time Parent |
| Bottom Line: | Yes, I would recommend this to a friend |
| | "Really pleased with this product as allows peace of mind knowing daughter is safe whilst cooking/cleaning/loo breaks etc...! Went for mesh sides as daughter clumsy particularly when tired and happier knowing she is bumping into mesh not bars. So far she likes it, though jokingly call it "prison", she seems quite happy in it with all her toys. It's been less than a week though....! Hard to assemble when following instructions and did better ignoring them. Mat does not fit that well so I may have got something a bit wrong, but research suggested others faced this so was not surprised. Probably more of an issue on an hard surface; ours on carpet. Does mean that would struggle to make the den either portable or to put away very often. Would like to take into the garden, but this has put me off!" |
